Committed to make fresh produce available to each one of the 90,000 locations it serves. The company will also launch twelve healthier new private label products and clearly identify all healthier products offered, as well as broker pricing deals, in an effort to incentivize its customers to make the healthy choice when stocking their stores.

"Enhancing our healthier-for-you offerings with the launch of healthier private label products under McLane’s private label company, CVP, to provide affordable, nutritious options for hundreds of thousands of shoppers. In 2016, we introduced Hometown Market Whole Salted Cashews, Hometown Market Salted Almonds and Pristyn Purified Water which includes the Drink Up logo on all bottles.
"In 2016 we launched our Fresh Produce + solution, a custom supply chain solution that enables McLane to deliver fresh produce to its convenience retail customers, nationwide.
"Partnering with PHA’s signature initiatives – Drink Up and FNV (Fruits and Veggies) – by offering marketing materials to its retail partners. Together, McLane and PHA will encourage customers to drink water more often and increase consumption of fruits and vegetables.
"Supporting McLane teammates in leading healthy lifestyles by implementing a healthier food catering guide for corporate meetings and events to ensure employees have options that include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and more.”
