Partner Statement
“Prospect Plaza Site 2 is now fully occupied and tenants have been enjoying the indoor fitness room while awaiting spring weather. Site 3 is finishing completion and we expect tenants to begin moving in by the end of May. Also at Site 3, the supermarket tenant is beginning interior work for a new market in the underserved area that will provide fresh produce to the community.
"Our Matinecock Court development now has all of its approvals and we are in the process of getting the financing in place.
"On the boards, we have responded to a number of RFP’s for affordable/low income family and senior housing, all of which we have incorporated ADV as a key part of the submission. Now we are just waiting for favorable responses!”
