Committed to make fresh produce available to each one of the 90,000 locations it serves. The company will also launch twelve healthier new private label products and clearly identify all healthier products offered, as well as broker pricing deals, in an effort to incentivize its customers to make the healthy choice when stocking their stores.

"McLane’s commitment to PHA includes a wide range of supply chain solutions that make it easier for stores to stock products that meet PHA’s Healthier Food and Beverage Product Criteria. In 2017 alone, McLane distributed 1.325 billion pounds of fruits and vegetables to foodservice and grocery retailers. McLane also extends discounts to customers on PHA-approved products, including better-for-you product bundles every quarter, and creates and distributes planograms featuring these products. McLane’s control label subsidiary, Consumer Value Products (CVP), continues to develop healthier new products that meet PHA’s criteria and offers retailer promotion materials for PHA’s signature programs, FNV (Fruits and Vegetables) and Drink Up, which promotes drinking more water.
