Partner Statement

“Since we partnered with PHA over 2 years ago, we have expanded the selection of healthy food options in our Aloha Island Mart convenience stores. We have designated specific areas of our stores where we merchandise healthier items that make them easily identifiable to the customers. This initiative has become top of mind to us and we have done more to educate our vendors on foods and drink items that fall into the ‘healthier’ criteria. For this reason, our vendors have been providing us with a lot more choices of healthier items that meet our needs. These options allow us to offer a wider selection of foods in the healthy category to our customers and we’re able to do more promotions to highlight these products.”
