The National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS), the organization representing the nation’s 154,000-plus convenience stores, is teaming up with us to ensure that convenience stores across the nation are fully stocked with healthier options.

Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) works with partners to transform the marketplace by ensuring that convenience stores across the nation are stocked with healthier options.

As our first retail-association partner, NACS will make available key resources like PHA’s Healthier Food and Beverage Product Calculator to its members to help determine how they can carry healthier choices. In addition to this, NACS plans to provide promotional materials related to Drink Up, PHA’s marketing campaign that encourages people to drink more water, more often.

NACS also will provide healthier catering options at its events, including the NACS Show, one of the 40 largest trade shows in the United States.

152,792 c-stores in the U.S. serve approximately 160 million Americans every day, which means that on average, half the U.S. population visits a convenience store every single day
