Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), a leading producer and distributor of hot and cold beverages with brands like Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Dr Pepper, Core Hydration and Snapple, will work with PHA to increase the percentage of healthier beverage options in its portfolio and further enhance its marketing transparency.

Partner Statement

We know consumers are looking for more than just great taste from their beverages. In 2021, we set out to be a trusted partner on their well-being journeys, and we have expanded the way we think about health, focusing not only on the reduction of calories or sugar, but also offering nutritional and/or functional attributes. We also know how and where our products show up is just as important to help consumers make good choices for their health & well-being.

To support our health & well-being work, we collaborate with Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA), and are excited to be able to unlock the expertise, credibility and knowledge of PHA to help KDP achieve our goals. PHA is providing KDP health and well-being guidance and annual validation of our positive hydration progress through our multi-year partnership. New this year, KDP has taken a specific focus on our marketing and launched a new responsible marketing policy, which builds upon our marketing to children policy. This policy was part of the PHA commitments we made in 2021, however we are pleased to release the policy 2 years earlier than the committed to date of 2025.
