    Kum & Go provides employees with wellness information through articles, events, and webinars promoted on its employee intranet, KGNet. Employees receive information on a range of topics including nutrition, wellness, mental health, self-care strategies, and physical activity.     The Kum & Go Associate Discount Program provides year-round associates with free cold and hot dispensed beverages, a free apple, orange or banana, and 50% off Kum & Go branded waters and prepared foods, bakery, and roller grill items during each shift. Associates redeem discounts for bottled waters, fresh fruit, and prepared salads an average of 200 times a day.
