University of Hawai'i G.E.T. Fit classes were designed to introduce and engage students in a variety of fitness and wellness activities, free of charge, to encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle. G.E.T. Fit, which stands for Group Exercise Training, encompasses group fitness classes such as Zumba, HULAerobics, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
