SUNY Cobleskill offers a range of diverse competitive and non-competitive fitness opportunities with at least 13 varsity athletic offerings, four recreational clubs, three group fitness classes, six intramural sports, recreational trips, activities such as goat yoga and creek walks, volleyball tournaments, a natatorium, tennis courts, and a 400 meter-track.

SUNY Cobleskill provides students, faculty, staff and the community with access to the 400-meter, six lane track at Crittenden Fields. The track is unlocked, open and available for use year-round.

Implement an integrated, comprehensive wellness program for individuals on campus that is provided annually.Progress To Date
SUNY Cobleskill's Health and Wellness Committee works to increase student programing for physical, spiritual, nutritional, sexual health and mental health topics including suicide prevention. Committee members include students, faculty and staff representing diverse stakeholders within the University and each holds responsibility for developing and/or participating in the implementation of the wellness programing. Peer educators attend monthly resident assistant staff meetings to keep them regularly informed and trained on health and wellness initiatives happening on campus.

Offer non-academic cooking skills classes that are available to students and incorporate fruits and vegetables.Progress To Date
SUNY Cobleskill offers free cooking demonstrations throughout the year as part of its "Info Bites Cooking Session" series. Each workshop is facilitated by the University's Registered Dietitian and offers students an opportunity to learn new healthy recipes such as overnight oats and hummus.
