    Implement a system to evaluate the nutritional quality of at least seventy-five (75%) of food in inventory based on the US Dietary Guidelines.

    Progress To Date

    San Diego Food Bank has implemented the CHOP system. They ranked 77% of their inventory. Within the ranked inventory, 64% is "choose frequently," 25% is "choose moderately," and "10% is "choose sparingly." In addition, 1% is "minimal contribution."
