    Implement a system to quantitatively evaluate the nutritional quality of at least fifty percent (50%) of food in inventory based on the US Dietary Guidelines.

    Progress To Date

    The Food Bank of Alaska has implemented the CHOP system. They submitted 6 months of data (November 2018-April 2019). They ranked 43% of their inventory. Within the ranked foods, 64% are high nutritional value, 24% are medium nutritional value, and 12% are low nutritional value.
