    Implement a system to quantitatively evaluate the nutritional quality of at least fifty percent (50%) of food in inventory based on the US Dietary Guidelines.

    Progress To Date

    The Connecticut Food Bank has implemented the SWAP ranking system. They provided 6 months of data. Originally, they had ranked 42% of their inventory. After receiving the report and reviewing their data, they increased their ranking to 81% of their inventory. Within the ranked items, 67% were green, 26% were yellow, and 7% were red.
