    Implement a system to quantitatively evaluate the nutritional quality of at least fifty percent (50%) of food in inventory based on the US Dietary Guidelines.

    Progress To Date

    Central Texas has implemented the SWAP system. They provided 5 months of data (January - May 2019). They ranked 89.8% of their inventory, exceeding the commitment to rank at least 50% of their inventory. Of the ranked foods, 63% are green, 24% are yellow and 13% are red.
