Square Baby is committed to establishing healthy eating patterns for crucial growth and palate development that can have an impact on a child’s health for a lifetime. Rooted in science, Square Baby applies the recent research behind introducing allergens early and often, to reduce the risk of developing today’s commonly found food allergies. Knowing that customization is key to today’s families, Square Baby offers tailored meal plans with vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, meat & seafood, allergen introduction as well as allergen-free meals.

Square Baby products side view Recipes designed by the co-founder, a Registered Dietitian, are made in small batches using organic foods that are gently cooked, steamed, or roasted, blended by hand, and frozen to lock in nutrients and freshness. “Square Meals” are perfectly balanced with vegetables, fruits, whole or sprouted grains, and various proteins – meaning they contain half the amount of sugar and double the amount of protein and healthy fats most pouches have.

“With nutrition science at our core, we know the importance of high-quality, balanced nutrition and creating adventurous eaters through exposure to a wide variety of veggies, fruit, grains, proteins, healthy fats, herbs and spices,” says Katie Thomson MS, RD, co-founder and CEO of Square Baby. She continues, “We are thrilled and honored to join the PHA family and harness the power of our shared commitments to raising the next generation of healthy eaters.”

“Partnering with Square Baby is one more step forward in building a better food culture for babies and toddlers,“ said Nancy E. Roman, President and CEO, Partnership for a Healthier America.
