Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie bowl is packed with yummy fruits to help fuel your body and mind. You can make this as a quick breakfast or mid-day snack, either way, you’ll be sure to enjoy this nutritious treat.
Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup frozen pineapples
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of unsweetened oat milk
- ¾ cup of granola
- ¼ cup of coconut flakes
- ½ cup of mixed berries
Instructions
Add sliced frozen bananas, frozen blueberries and frozen pineapple into a blender Pour oat milk into the blender (amount added may be adjusted based on preferred thickness) Blend contents together until you have achieved the desired consistency Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add mixed berries, coconut flakes, and granola on top
