Stir Fried Peppers
      This quick and healthy recipe is a delicious way to add veggies to your next meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of bell peppers
 - 1 cup of onion
 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Toss in sesame seeds and toast for a short time, about 1 minute. Remove sesame seeds and save. Add vegetable oil. When oil is hot and shimmering, add peppers, onions and garlic. Toss vegetables in oil and let cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring to slightly char them. Then stir and finish cooking another 2-3 minutes, less if you like more crunchy vegetables.
