Lisa Coleman - Board Member

Lisa Coleman, MS, RD, LDN, serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Food and Health at iQpay. In this role, she champions iQpay’s Guided Spend Technology to drive transformative food and social needs initiatives. Lisa partners with a diverse range of stakeholders—including food retailers, CPG companies, food banks, healthcare organizations, and community-based organizations—to develop and scale innovative programs that address food equity and improve health outcomes.

Lisa’s career reflects a steadfast commitment to nutrition advocacy, public health, and community engagement, with a particular focus on advancing access to healthy foods for all. Before joining iQpay, Lisa served as the Director of Healthy Living at Giant Food, an Ahold Delhaize brand operating supermarkets across the East Coast. In this role, she redefined the role of retail dietitians through innovative merchandising and nutrition incentive programs while also shaping the company’s health strategy.

With experience spanning urban hospitals, rural outpatient clinics, and academia, Lisa brings a multifaceted perspective that allows her to effectively collaborate with organizations of all types to build impactful programs.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Lisa earned her B.S. in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and her M.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences - Nutrition from Illinois State University. She now resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and their four young adult children.
