Helena Bottemiller Evich is the founder and editor in chief of Food Fix, a new online publication about food policy in Washington and beyond.

Prior to founding Food Fix, Helena was a senior reporter at POLITICO, where she covered the intersection of food policy and politics. Before joining POLITICO in 2013, she spent four years covering Congress, the US Food and Drug Administration, and the US Department of Agriculture at Food Safety News.
