Celebrating 15 Years of Impact

In 2025, PHA celebrated 15 years of increasing access to good food for all. To honor the milestone, we collected stories from past and present partners, employees, and board members who have helped us bring our mission to life.

These are people like Roxana Garcia-Ochoa who helped us bring fresh produce to families in Sacramento via our Good Food at Home program and Amaris Bradley who helped expand healthier food options in convenience stores through our Healthy Corner Store Initiative. Our work would not be possible without the support and dedication of these change makers. They put the “P” in PHA. When you support us, you support them.

Thanks to your support in 2025, we connected families with fresh, frozen and canned produce in communities across the country through Good Food at Home; celebrated the reopening of a J’s Grocery in Clarksdale, MS; awarded our first GROW Grants to small-scale, community-based farmers in the MS Delta; and launched our Good Good Food campaign in Indianapolis.
