Ingredients

  • 1 Cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage in half, remove the core and chop into thin slices. 2. Chop the onions.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the onions until they start to soften then hit it with the garlic and stir.
  3. Drop the cabbage and stir fry for 12-15 minutes. Keep Stirring Cabbage until it becomes soft and caramelized.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
