Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Mercedes-Benz USA

Tamika Curry Smith is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) at Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA), where she is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy. In this role, Curry Smith focuses on connecting the company to its employees, customers, dealers, and community and leveraging D&I to drive business results and make a difference. She previously led D&I at Deloitte Consulting and Target, in addition having her own human resources and D&I consulting firm called the TCS Group, Inc. Curry Smith earned a BBA in Accounting with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She also obtained an MBA in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management.
