Stir Fried Peppers
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Peppers; or a 10-oz bag of frozen peppers
- 1 cup Onion
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss in sesame seeds and toast for a short time, about 1 minute. Remove sesame seeds and save. Add vegetable oil.
- When oil is hot and simmering, add peppers, onions and garlic. Toss vegetables in oil and let cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring to slightly char them. Then stir and finish cooking another 2-3 minutes, less if you like more crunchy vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper if desired. Top with sesame seeds when serving.
