Stacy Taylor is the Head of Social Innovation at Fresh EBT by Propel leading Propel’s nonprofit and public sector partnerships. She has more than a decade of experience at a variety of leading poverty-fighting organizations including The Food Trust, LIFT and the Center for High Impact Philanthropy. Stacy has an MPP from Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public Affairs and an MBA from Stanford.
