Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 cups of frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1 cup of unsweetened oat milk
- ¾ cup of granola
- ¼ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup of mixed berries
Directions:
- Add sliced frozen bananas, frozen blueberries and frozen pineapple into a blender
- Pour oat milk into the blender (the amount added may be adjusted based on preferred thickness)
- Blend contents together until you have achieved the desired consistency
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add mixed berries, coconut flakes, and granola on top
