Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups of frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 cup of unsweetened oat milk
  • ¾ cup of granola
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup of mixed berries

Directions:

  1. Add sliced frozen bananas, frozen blueberries and frozen pineapple into a blender
  2. Pour oat milk into the blender (the amount added may be adjusted based on preferred thickness)
  3. Blend contents together until you have achieved the desired consistency
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add mixed berries, coconut flakes, and granola on top
