As Senior Vice President of Youth & Community Services for New York Road Runners, Rachel Pratt oversees multiple programs including Rising New York Road Runners, the largest free running program for youth, serving 275,000 children from pre-K through 12th grade, in the United States. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, program management, program development, community organizing, operations, and fundraising in the non-profit, government, and for-profit consulting sectors, Pratt is deeply committed to improving the lives of children and to building and disseminating knowledge that can help children lead healthier lives.
