Melissa Graham is the founding Executive Director, or Head Spear, of Purple Asparagus, an award-winning non-profit that educates children, families and the community about eating that’s good for the body and the planet. Graham founded Purple Asparagus to inspire in children a life long love of good food through its cornerstone program Delicious Nutritious Adventures, which is delivered in the classroom during the school day in Chicago Public Schools.
