John O'Connell
John O’Connell has more than 32 years of experience in the hotel industry, including 25 years with Hyatt Hotels, where he has held a wide range of positions. Over the past six years, he has helped to define many of the aspects of Hyatt Hotels food and beverage services across all of their brands. Prior to joining the Hyatt corporate team, O’Connell worked at six different hotel properties and has been part of more than 25 new hotel openings. His personal passion for health and nutrition continues to help drive positive changes into the future.
