Try these creative fruit & veggie smoothies for an easy way for some extra servings of your favorite produce.

Tropical Beet Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup diced, cooked beets (tip: you can use canned no-salt-added beets to save time and prep!)
  • ½ fresh, ripe banana
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. Measure out the ingredients and add them to a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy!

Strawberry Banana Cauliflower Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • ½ fresh, ripe banana
  • ½ cup milk

Directions:

  1. Measure out the ingredients and add them to a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy!
