Try these creative fruit & veggie smoothies for an easy way for some extra servings of your favorite produce.
Tropical Beet Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup diced, cooked beets (tip: you can use canned no-salt-added beets to save time and prep!)
- ½ fresh, ripe banana
- ¼ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup orange juice
Directions:
- Measure out the ingredients and add them to a blender
- Blend until smooth

Strawberry Banana Cauliflower Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets
- ½ fresh, ripe banana
- ½ cup milk
