Eric Cooper
Eric Cooper is President and CEO of the San Antonio Food Bank, the largest hunger-relief organization in Southwest Texas. During Cooper’s 14-year tenure, the San Antonio Food Bank increased food distribution from 10 million pounds to more than 61 million pounds last year, increased the number and impact of its programs, and was awarded Food Bank of the Year in 2007 by Feeding America. Cooper previously held positions at the North Texas Food Bank and the Utah Food Bank. When he joined San Antonio in 2001, he was the youngest Executive Director in the organization’s history.
