Emily Swartzlander

Emily Swartzlander is a Senior Program Manager of Community Relations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, where she works on community initiatives to help fulfill BCBSNC’s mission to improve the health and well being of its customers and communities. In addition to her work to encourage North Carolinians to eat healthy, Swartzlander focuses on issues related to perinatal health and early childhood development. Swartzlander holds a BA in journalism from Ohio University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
