Vice President of Global Research and Development, Campbell Soup Company

Dr. Josh Anthony is the Vice President of Global Research and Development, Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs at the Campbell Soup Company. At Campbell, he is responsible for creating and executing health and wellbeing strategies, benefit platforms, partnerships, and programs that help deliver against diverse consumer needs. Prior to Campbell, Dr. Anthony was employed at Mead Johnson and Unilever. He serves on the North American Board of Trustees for the International Life Sciences Institute, the External Advisory Board for the University of Illinois, Division of Nutrition Sciences and Tufts University Nutrition Council. He is also active in American Physiology Society and the American Society for Nutrition. Dr. Anthony earned his BS degree in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University; his MS degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois; his PhD in Cell and Molecular Physiology from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and his MBA degree from Vanderbilt University.
