Giusti – former Head Chef at Copenhagen’s Noma, one of the world’s top restaurants — believes chefs are uniquely suited to work within the limitations of the National School Lunch program.Brigaid will partner with schools to refurbish kitchens and staff them with highly trained chefs. Giusti is a graduate of New York’s Culinary Institute of America.
