Founder, Healthy Little Cooks
Braxton Young is 11 years old, but began cooking at the age of 3 with his mom, founder of Healthy Little Cooks. Young has a severe nut and tree nut allergy, as well sensitivities to milk and gluten. Because of this, he works hard to eat healthy and is an advocate for kids learning how to cook and eat healthy too.
In 2015, Young cooked his way into the White House when he won the Lunchtime Challenge Recipe Competition with his Quinoa Crusted Spinach Tofu Pie, a dairy, nut and gluten-free dish. Young loves basketball and science and wants to be an engineer.
