Andrea Nielsen

Andrea Nielsen is Director of Corporate Responsibility at Target, where she leads CR communications, marketing and consumer engagement strategies, including Target’s annual Corporate Responsibility Report. She and her team work with partners across the company, vendor community and the public sector to integrate strategies that drive business growth and societal impact. Nielsen previously led the team responsible for developing Target’s community facing Health & Wellness initiatives. Prior to her role in CR, she served in leadership roles in Marketing, Target.com and Stores. Nielsen is a member of Target’s Women’s Business Council and is actively involved in her community.
