Allen L. Twigg, LCPC, MBA is the Executive Director of Behavioral & Community Health Services for Meritus Health in Hagerstown, Maryland. Twigg provides administrative oversight of the Behavioral Health / Psychiatry service line and the Community Health and Wellness programs. He also co-chairs Healthy Washington County, the local health improvement coalition, and is the community advisor for the George W. Comstock Center for Public Health Research and Prevention. He has more than 20 years of experience as a counselor and manager of community health services in Washington County.
