Allen L. Twigg, LCPC, MBA is the Executive Director of Behavioral & Community Health Services for Meritus Health in Hagerstown, Maryland. Twigg provides administrative oversight of the Behavioral Health / Psychiatry service line and the Community Health and Wellness programs. He also co-chairs Healthy Washington County, the local health improvement coalition, and is the community advisor for the George W. Comstock Center for Public Health Research and Prevention.
