Tracey Griffin - Board Member

Tracey Griffin is a highly effective business leader successful in leading and developing teams. She possesses extensive knowledge in management and operational oversight that focus on growth and strategic business goals. Tracey serves as a key partner to the President, PANDORA Americas, working across functional areas to ensure effective execution of day-to-day business activities and is integral in driving strategic priorities and initiatives across PANDORA Americas.

PANDORA designs, manufactures, and markets hand-finished and modern jewelery made from genuine materials at affordable prices. PANDORA jewelery is sold in more than 90 countries on six continents through approximately 9,900 points of sale, including more than 1,400 concept stores. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, PANDORA employs more than 11,400 people worldwide of whom 7,900 are located in Thailand, where the company manufactures its jewelry. PANDORA is publicly listed on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen stock exchange in Denmark. Reporting to the President, PANDORA Americas, Tracey has oversight of the brand’s operations, legal, and information technology departments.

Prior to joining PANDORA Americas, Tracey served as a Senior Partner for McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. Tracey led the Washington, D.C. office and was one of the leaders in the global consumer/retail practice serving a broad range of consumer, retail, and healthcare companies. Prior to McKinsey & Company, Tracey worked for Proctor & Gamble in brand management and PaineWebber in New York as a financial analyst.

Passionate about issues of education and employment, Tracey previously served the Dress for Success board for DC/MD/VA and currently sits on the UNCF board, based in Washington, D.C. She holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in finance from Georgetown University.
