Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar
- Pinch salt
- Pinch ground cloves
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
- Juice and zest of medium orange
- ½ cup fat free buttermilk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk ingredients together in medium sized bowl.
- Pour into pie shell – shell can be frozen.
- Bake for 50 minutes in middle rack or until center of pie is firm.
