At PHA, we're dedicated to making the healthy choice the easy choice. But when you ask a James Beard-recognized chef, sometimes "easy" is a relative term. These are some of the recipes that our chefs prepared for attendees at the Building a Healthier Future Summit.  While they are all relatively inexpensive, some do require more advanced skills than others.
