Apple, Winter Greens, Toasted Pecans, Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fresh sliced apple
- 8 ounce frisee
- 2 ounces toasted pecans
- 4 ounces cider vinegar
- 4 ounces olive oil
- Pinch salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Lightly toast pecan pieces in a sauté pan over medium heat until just fragrant.
- Whisk together cider vinegar, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice apple into thin slices and toss in vinaigrette. Add frisee, escarole, radicchio or any bitter winter green.
- Serve immediately.
